Ellis chosen to represent realtors

Dawn A. Ellis of First Class Enterprises Inc. was recently chosen to serve on the board of directors of the North Carolina Real Estate Educational Foundation for three years.

Ellis is one of 18 directors whose responsibilities include identifying emerging industry trends to create new curriculum and programs and serving on communities or task forces as necessary to conduct the operations of NCREEF.

She is also serving a two-year term on the High Country Association of Realtors board of directors as the Ashe County director. This term expires in 2014.

Established in 1962, NCREEF’s vision is to be the leading advocate for exceptional real estate education in North Carolina. Its mission is to create course material for North Carolina Realtors and consumers that is market-driven and enhances their knowledge and improves the skill and professional competence of realtors.

The NCREEF facilitates research and program development in partnership with other organizations to advance real estate interests in North Carolina.
