ACSO arrests include obtaining property by false pretense, possession of stolen goods

On Dec. 17, the Ashe County Sheriffs Office released information pertaining to arrests made on Dec. 15. 


Daniel Lee Grubb, 19, of Phoenix Drive in Lansing, was arrested by ACSO Detective Dennis Anders and charged with obtaining property by false pretense and larceny of chose in action.


Terry Lambert Ellison, 46, of Deep Ford Road in Lansing, was arrested by ACSO Detective Dennis Anders and charged with obtaining property by false pretense, and possession of stolen goods/property. 


Bond and appearance information for Grubb and Ellison was not available at presstime. 


In an unrelated case, Terry Allen Rash, 48, of Three Top Road in Todd, was arrested on Dec. 15 by ACSO Deputy Joe Francis and charged with possession of controlled substance in prison/jail, and simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. 


Bond and appearance information for Rash was unavailable at presstime.
