Recent arrests include assault on a female, trespassing

On Aug. 5, Randy Kert Johnson, 35, of Hays, was charged with IV-D non-support child by the Ashe County Sheriffs Office, and kidnapping and probation violation by Wilkes County Law Enforcement. Johnson remains in Wilkes County law enforcement custody on $281,400 combined bond.

On Aug. 5, Timothy Matthew Eldreth, 55, of West Jefferson, was charged with violating a domestic violence protection order by the ACSO. Eldreth remains in ACSO custody on $2,000 secured bond.

On Aug. 5, Damion Okoyia Blevins, 20, of Todd, was charged with communicating threats, injury to personal property and assault on a female by the ACSO. Blevins remains in ACSO custody on $15,000 combined bond.

On Aug. 6, Tracy Lynn Payne, 31, of Landis, was charged with second degree trespassing by the ACSO. Payne remains in Davie County law enforcement custody on $500 secured bond.

On Aug. 6, Travis Scott Clayton, 32, of Roxboro, was charged with IV-D non-support child by the ACSO. Clayton remains in custody of Person County Law Enforcement.

On Aug. 8, Jessica Lynn Houck, 29, of West Jefferson, was charged with driving while impaired by the ACSO. Houck was released Aug. 9.

On Aug. 8, Kyle Hunter Franklin, 27, of Jefferson, was charged with driving while impaired by the ACSO and released the same day.

On Aug. 10, Lonnie Charles Payne Jr., 29, of Jefferson was charged with attempted larceny by the ACSO and released the same day.

On Aug. 11, Stephen Mitchell Gentry, 35, of Creston, was charged with assault on a female by the ACSO. Gentry remains in ACSO custody.

On Aug. 11, Wendy Nicole Treeza, 32, of West Jefferson was charged with simple assault by the ACSO. Treeza remains in ACSO custody.
